Evangeline Lucille Mortiere is eighteen years young. All of her life, Evangeline has been confined to her uppercrust life as the child of one of New York's most powerful families. She was born and raised in Westchester with her power-hungry parents. For her youngest years, she was raised by the Mortiere's trusty nanny Annie Fullbank. And then, she did something so incredibly cruel, so unheard of, that it completely crushed Annabelle and Pierre Mortiere's trust. The two practically locked her in their own little tower, breaking Evangeline off from the outside world. She was homeschooled until she was entering her freshman year, when her parents transferred her to one of the city's most esteemed and coveted private schools. Evangeline suffered miserably, failing to make friends. As a result of all of that, she is cold, withdrawn, and snappy.
